National YoungArts POCCCA is an online museum of literary and artistic works curated from a wide selection of freelance underrepresented authors and artists.
The goal of the organization is to celebrate talent in the creative arts through the growth of our online community.
Role as Editor-in-Chief:
Managing and updating the website
Reaching out to individual creators/collaborative groups
Organizing and copy editing submissions
Maintaining social media presence
Stanford Daily High School Writer & Reporter
Information:
The Stanford Daily is an independent, student-run newspaper of Stanford University. With the launch of its website in 1995, it became one of the first college newspapers publishing on the Internet.
Joined the Stanford Daily's Workshop as a High School writer and reporter
Role as High School Writer and Reporter:
Reported on the latest annual Stanford Anthology for Youth journal of literary and artistic review of work by Bay Area middle school students, aiming to spark conversation between students, parents, and teacher about the things that are most important to them.
Conducted rounds of interviews with the editors and had a chance to preview the new issue.
The article "Hearing what young writers have to SAY: Stanford’s Anthology for Youth releases 24th publication" was published in Stanford Daily.

The Chrysalis (Literary & Arts Journal)
Information:
The Chrysalis is Stanford University OHS' Literary and Arts Journal, which publishes an anthology of creative/academic student work each semester.
The journal was awarded the rank of 'Excellent' by the National Council of Teachers of English through its REALM (Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines) program.
Role as Editor-in-Chief:
Managing 20+ members of the leadership board
Curating, organizing, copy editing, and printing ~200 pages of submissions from ~60 contributors each edition
Combined Fall 2020 - Spring 2021 edition of The Chrysalis
